Role: Data Construction Project Manager

Location: San Jose, California

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful and profitable completion of all operational aspects of assigned construction projects. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing one or more projects at one time, assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed.

  • Act as company representative with primary responsibility for all phases of assigned projects/programs.
  • Assist in the development and management of project strategic plans and program initiatives to meet the goals and needs of the company.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including the budget, schedule, operational needs, procedures, client standards, and program requirements, as well as individual roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other project team members to meet the project objectives and resolve issues.
  • Contract Review, Submittals, Billing, RFI (Request for Information), Change of Scope, and Purchasing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, professional and personable phone presence.
  • Complete follow-through (Scope of Work)
  • Management experience
  • Must have worked in the Electrical Construction field for at least 2 years.
