Semiconductor manufacturer Atmel brought CH Reynolds on board to demolish three large data centers and build out an office and a single new data center in its space.
This work involved the relocation of existing 2×4 parabolic fixtures. The work also included new furniture having to be whipped throughout the entire eight-story building.
CH Reynolds installed two large labs and one new data center in the space. For the new data center, CH Reynolds was able to reuse the existing 100-amp bus duct. CH Reynolds also built out a new executive boardroom with all new audio-visual equipment and LED lighting controlled by a Lutron dimming system.
