Our Executive Team
Charles (Chuck) Reynolds
Is President and Founder of CHR Electric, Inc. Chuck started his company in 1983 with a few electricians and the desire to provide excellent customer service. He has since gathered a large capable team and grown the company into one of the top electrical contractors in Silicon Valley. Chuck’s passion for power management led to the creation of a technical product company, Cyber Switching. He holds multiple patents and is a successful entrepreneur.
John Anderson
Is Sr. Vice President | Data Division at CHR. Working at the company since October 2004, John brings with him a BS degree in Construction Management from Chico State. He also holds membership in BICSI and is RCDD certified. John is a Military Veteran with 25 years of service to our U.S. Air Force and Retired Telecommunications Engineer from the Hayward 216th EIS Air National Guard.
Sage Firebaugh
Is Vice President I Electrical Division at CHR. A former electrician, he has 27 years of Electrical experience across a wide variety of disciplines from TIs to Data Centers. His expertise includes Cisco Design/Build, High Density Labs and customer specific specialty projects. Sage enjoys reading good books, golf and sport bikes.
Jang Badesha
Is the VP of Managed Services. Twenty plus years of progressive experience in all phases of Engineering Labs & Data Center Infrastructure /Operations including, Capacity Planning, Regulatory Compliance, Construction Planning, Strategy Development, as well as Budgeting and Forecasting. As a Consulting Executive at CHR for the Managed Services Division, I am leading all aspects of Business Operations that include Business Development, Service Delivery Sales & Operations, HR, and Finance. My professional experience includes leadership roles supporting Engineering Labs and Data Center Operations at Cisco, Juniper, and VMware. I hold a master's in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. Member of the US Men's National Field Hockey Team from 1999 thru 2005 and participated in Olympic Qualifiers in 1999 and 2003 as well as the World Cup Qualifier in 2001.
Jason Bright
Is Chief Operating Officer and has been with CHR for 12 years. Working in the Data Communications industry for over 27 years, he started as a Technician pulling cable, worked steadily gaining valuable experience in sales and management roles, and is now positioned as COO for the company. Jason is married to his high school sweetheart and has three amazing children, whom he adores. Jason enjoys sprint car racing, golf, traveling in his RV and spending time with his family.
